AUSTIN, Texas – (COMMERCIAL THREAD) – ESO, the leading data and software company serving emergency medical services (EMS), fire departments, hospitals and state EMS / trauma offices today announced ESO Inventory, its Modern cloud-based inventory management platform to help service agencies quickly and easily manage disposable supplies and medications. ESO Inventory fully integrates with ESO EHR and other electronic patient care reporting (ePCR) software.

“From the start of this initiative, our goal has been to bring ESO’s modern and intuitive user experience to the world of supply management,” said Allen Johnson, ESO Director of Products. “We believe that ESO Inventory is the revolutionary inventory management platform for EMS agencies and fire departments. Managing inventory and ensuring that responses are prepared are tedious and time-consuming processes. Our platform simplifies the entire process so that EMS vendors can spend more time preparing rather than preparing.

Highlights of the ESO inventory include:

  • EPCR integration: Integrated workflows enable seamless inventory automation. EMS providers record interventions and administered drugs in an ePCR, and the ESO inventory will pre-fill the supplies used.
  • Preventing expiration: ESO Inventory flags aging drugs in specific locations so that you can transfer and use them before they expire. All drugs that expire are automatically flagged.
  • Vehicle inventory: ESO Inventory gives field providers a single place to record platform inventory checks, review supplies used on calls, and restock their vehicles.

“I’m delighted to see an inventory product that looks so user-friendly,” said Chuck Valentine, Deputy Head of Decatur Fire & EMS. “The dashboard really puts things at the top of the list that you need to deal with on a daily basis. ”

ESO Inventory is a refreshing and intuitive inventory management interface that connects EMS processes for improved visibility and streamlined workflows. To learn more about ESO Inventory, visit: https://www.eso.com/ems/inventory-software/.
